recording: video and audio not synchron

I make Screenrecording as a CPVC-File, what means to export as pure mp4-video. Only System Audio, no Microphone.
This will be used as Footage in another Captivate-Project and/or used with Premiere in a film about E-Learning.
Unfortunately the audio is not synchronized with the video, even in the first timeline after recording and before exporting.
There seams to be no schema, sometimes the audio is far away from the picture from the beginning on, another time the gap between video and audio gets bigger the longer the video last.

The only preferences I found for recording was to switch between 16 or 32 Bit for the videos. and this is so hidden I am unable to find it again right now ...
Are there any other hidden Parameter, is this a known bug, ... ?
Any Idea to fix this Problem welcome.

I reported a similar bug awhile back. Make sure you update you copy of Captivate to the latest version. If you can't update for some reason, the workaround was to have a media player to play a wav file or MP3 that contained 10 seconds of silence and have it loop in the background while you make your video.

Sounds like alchemy but works. Sound and picture now fit nearly perfect. Thank you very much!

Because it is of common interest ...

    In Addition 1:

A computer with better graphics do not fit the probleme alone, but Recording of Animations truely is better.

In Addition 2 - more important:
Just found out, that the Frames per Second in the Export-Preferences of the last opened Project before Recording should also be set from 30 to 25.
Was part 1 of 2 in a 2-Step-Test and worked alone with a computer with better graphics than the first with the problems.
In this case, this change seems to be even more important than the player with silence in the background while recording.
But to do both do not harm.
