Red Box in Video

Un Answered Question From 4 Weeks Ago!I have created a Non Responsive Captivate Project and have published it to YouTube, however, when the video is viewed on the website a red box appears instead of an image or video. The image or video with the read box changes each time the video is viewed.How do I stop the red box from appearing and why does it appear?

Provide details on the Cp version and project?

Share how you created and published the file for YouTube?

For example: Is the video appearing, but a red box is also present?

Or, has the video you expected to play been replaced by a red box?
