Red Images in Preview

Hello. I am using the Alliance template in Captivate. I swaped out the orginal images with my own. Whenever I preveiw the project, the images are displaying as a red box. Has anyone experience this? please advise. Screenshots below.

Typically you get this when your images are too big in file size. You may want to use and image editing tool to reduce the image resolution and adjust the image size to the size required.
