Reinitialize quizz questions

We use quizzes developed with the captivate 3 application. These quizzes are integrated into courses located in a LLMS platform (IBM editor)
We expect the following behavior for the quizzes :
- the learner run the quiz and his score is exported in the llms platform.
- whe the learner go back to the quiz for a second time, the questions are reinitialized and he can answer once again. His new answers give him a second score resetting the first.
Is it possible to configure such a behavior with the captivate application ? And how ?
Thanks a lot for your answer.

We have a message for the user to Press F5 to retake the quiz. This will refresh the page and restart the quiz and reset all your questions.

As far as the ability to retake the test and update the scores in your LMS, this is a feature of the LMS.

Yes, that would be an LMS feature I have it in mine.
But I dont think is an LMS feature and a Captivate feature (or bug) is the possibility to redo the questions without having to use the back button.

Welcome to our community, Claire

Unfortunately there is no setting in Captivate you may configure to prevent this.

I'm no LMS guru, but some do visit here regularly. Hopefully one of them will step up and either confirm or deny my answer here. I believe that what you are asking about is a feature that would be totally managed by your LMS.

Cheers... Rick
