[RELEASED] Adobe Captivate Classic 11.8.3 is now available!

Update 05/23: Added information about updating to the latest SCORM Cloud.

Hello Captivate users,

We are pleased to announce the general availability of Adobe Captivate Classic 11.8.3.

What does this update contain

Adobe Captivate Classic 11.8.3 contains bug fixes for closed captions, voices, Fluid Box, video demos, and other areas. Additionally, it includes new voices and supports macOS Sonoma.

SCORM Cloud upgrade

We have also upgraded the SCORM Cloud API to V2 for better performance and stability. Note that if you are using Captivate Classic 11.8.2 or an earlier version, the SCORM Cloud preview will not be accessible after July 30, 2024.

We recommend updating to Captivate Classic 11.8.3 via the Help menu to continue previewing your projects on SCORM Cloud.

How do I apply the update

1. Launch Adobe Captivate Classic, and select Help > Check for Updates. The Adobe Captivate Classic Updater appears.
2. Select Update Now. The update starts to install.
