Remove glossary from the cover slide ADOBE Captivate 9

So put it on the second slide of the project and set Timing to Rest of Project but with Visible in Output set to OFF.

Then you will need a button somewhere visible at all times for users to click that can SHOW the glossary when needed.  This button will ideally need to execute Advanced Action that toggles the visibility of the Glossary, i.e. first click shows the Glossary, next click hides it again etc.
