Replicating Captivate 1 control bar

I'm finishing a site that already has multiple Captivate 1 demonstrations that for various reasons I don't want to import into Captivate 2 at this time.

In Captivate 1 I was using a custom toolbar without the "info" button and a few of the others. I don't see a way to use an altered Captivate 1 control bar when creating a new Captivate 2 file.

Any thoughts? Thanks ....
