Report to internal server in Captivate 2019

In older versions, instead of reporting to an LMS, Captivate could report quiz data to an internal server or acrobat .com.  Can one do either in Captivate 2019, or to a database, or some other option besides an LMS?

Reporting to Internal Server is still supported in Cp 2019.  You can see the option in the LMS dropdown on the Quiz > Reporting screen.

I've never seen an option to report to Acrobat.com.  That was more of a cloud-based file server service, not anything like an LMS.  Are you sure you're not thinking of Adobe Connect or Captivate Prime?

I have seen some webpages that described how to have Captivate modules report to Google spreadsheets etc.  But you'd have to Google for that type of information.  Adobe hasn't published how to do it (as far as I know).

If you have access to programming expertise, it's technically possible to hack the output from a Captivate SCORM module and have it report to a web-based database.  But that's going to require a customised solution that would always be far less functional than something like Moodle, which can be installed for next to no cost at all.  You can set something like this up on a web server in less than an hour.

So, why do you NOT want an LMS?

Rod,  they did use acrobat.com for a while indeed until Adobe closed it (I was using acrobat.com a lot, was very angry).  Do not ask me how it was set up.
