Reporting Quiz on Internal server didnt work

hi guys... i have tried to dinsd the answer from the previous question but it cant help me.... i have a problem in quiz reporting.

i have already set up everything to report my quiz through internal server but i keep failing.

1. first problem is the folder of captivate result did not created automatically. i dont know why.. i have already put internalserverreporting.php and internalserverread.php in the exact folder but nothing happened.

2. after i post result in my quiz. the message said " no connection"

please help me guys.. i am newbie here..
