Reporting results by email

I've got a 20 question quiz set up. I want to be notified by email of the user's score when they finish the course, but no matter what I try I can't get this to work. I hear this functionality doesn't work very well, so I'm hoping I can get some ideas on what else I can try. At this point I'm just randomly trying to change settings trying to get it to work.

So here's the key points:

* Each question is multi choice. Set up for a single response, suffle answers, worth 10 points. They are all graded questions. There is no clear butotn, back button or skip button. The "Report Answers" checkbox is on.

* In the Quiz Preferences window, under Project > Start and End I have the Action box set to "Close project".

* In the Quiz Preferences window, under Quiz > Reporting I have the Enable Reporting for this project checkbox ticked. I have chosen E-mail, written my address and selected the Body text radio button.

* In the Quiz Preferences window, under Quiz > Pass or Fail I have changed the Action field for the passing and failing grade to No Action.

* I am publishing as a Flash (SWF) file using Flash Player 9, and I have checked Export HTML.


I've tried changing all of these settings in my quest to make this work. What else can I try guys? What is the most likely cause of my problems? Please help, I'm really struggling here.
