Reporting the Achieved Score to the LMS with Captivate 7

I'm having a problem with a course that is only reporting the minimum score necessary to pass the quiz to the LMS.  Example:  A 25 question test (4 pts each) with a 70% or more total points to pass.  Once the learner answers 18 questions correctly (i.e. scores 72%) no additional scoring information is being passed to my LMS (Meridian).  For the course I'm working on, the threshold is 80% and as soon as you answer 8 of 10 questions correctly it isn't reporting any more information; I've confirmed this by looking at the raw user data.

I've gone through and matched all the setting with a course that is reporting correctly, so at this point I'm at a loss.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you uploaded this course to SCORM Cloud and tested whether or not it scores differently there?  Perhaps your issue is in the way the LMS is set up for this particular course.  In some LMSs you can set them to stop listening to the calls after a passing score is achieved.  Perhaps SCORM Cloud will indicate that the Captivate course DOES continue issuing SCORM calls.

    Thanks for the info.  Because of my organizations firewalls, the SCORM cloud isn't an option for me to use.  Our LMS settings are "fixed" for lack of a better term, so they wouldn't have been changes just for this course; our other courses all report actual scores to the LMS when appropriate.  One of my colleagues is having the same problem with one of his courses and he happened to work on the quiz for the one I'm having issues with.  My thought is that he's changed something somewhere, but I can't figure out what.  I've gone through the course preferences and matched them up with a course that did report the scoring correctly, but that didn't fix the problem.  I'm hoping that someone else has had this same issue and knows what setting, or combination of settings, I need to change to fix it.

    I'm late on doing this, but I wanted to report that we figure out the answer.  Under <File>  <Project Info...>  <Quiz> <Reporting> <Advanced>  I'd checked the box for "Send Data On Every Slide".  What this was doing was sending a "Commit" message to the LMS after each question was answered; causing the LMS be begin a running tally of the score.  Once the score reached the minimum required, but LMS (I don't remember the exact command of verbiage) recognized that the minimum score had been achieved and reject any additional scoring information that came in.  Once we removed the check for "Send Data On Every Slide", the course didn't send the "Commit" until it go to the "Results" slide; thereby showing the entire score.
