reporting the answers on a Likert quiz slide

I need to report the learners answers on a Likert quiz slide to an LMS. The answers are not graded. I just need to know what ratings (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5) that the learners choose in answer to each of the Likert questions. There will be five questions on the slide, with each question having a rating from 1 through 5. Is this possible? If it is not possible to submit this information to an LMS, is there some other way to gather the learners responses?

Hi Jay, my approach is to replace the Likert by MCQ slides, which can be reported. If you use radio buttons interactions, and the LMS supports reporting of user variables, that is another possibility.
