Reporting - where has the 'Post Result' button gone?

Hi,

I'm using Captivate 7 now and have a major issue! In Captivate 6 the user would have to click the Post Result button in order to see a dialog box through which they would enter their details and click 'Send' to post their result.

In Captivate 7, when previewing, this dialog box seems to appear automatically and then there is no 'Post Result' button displayed at all (even after filling in the dialog box and clicking send, or clicking cancel). However the 'Post Result' button does appear on the Results slide when authoring the project.

How do I get the Post Result button to come up in a published project! My issue is that if one of my users accidentally clicks 'cancel' when the dialog box automatically comes up, there is then no way for them to then Post their Result - and so all their interactions and scores are lost.

The only way I can see to get the dialog box back is if I were doing a captivate quiz and click the 'review' button, and then click through to the results slide again. However I develop branched scenarios that are manually tracked and scored using my own user variables so this will not work in this instance. I even tried using a 'replay slide widget' on the Results Slide to see if the dialog box would come up again, however it doesn't

I just need the Post Result button back! Someone please help. Or if not, is there an email address I can send queries like this directly to Adobe?

Thanks in advance

Rick
