Republish after editing.

Im a new captivate user and Im having trouble publishing my FRM project.

I was able to publish my project without a problem.  I went back and made a few minor edits and now when I try to republish the project I am receiving an error msg "Publish failed"

I think it is something very minor that I am forgetting to do.  Please assist.l

Can you share the project you are trying to publish.

Possible workaround :

How to find out which slide is causing publish failure.

  • Hide slides one by one and try publishing.

by doing this you might hit one or two slides due to which publish fails.

Recreate the slide effected.

let me if this works.

Try turning off all compression options under Preferences > SWF Size and Quality.

Then, if you are now able to publish, try turning them on again one at a time to see which one might be fouling things up.
