Resetting Drag&Drop on a slide in Captivate 9

I am building a frayer model using the drag and drop interactions in Captivate 9.

After users press the submit button and view their result (whether right or wrong), I want them to be able to re-take the exercise.

Two things occur on failure and it is annoying me to no end:

1) Both the submit and reset button disappear so it's not possible to redo the exercise.

2) If the learner clicks the REWIND button on the player, the interaction begins again but with the objects that were initially used by the learner are still present on the slide - So I'm ending up with 12 objects instead of the original 6, if I click rewind again, I end up with 18...

CAN'T IT JUST BE RESET? AND HOW?

CANDICE.

Is the D&D part of a quiz or not? If it is not part of the quiz, to reset you have to re-enter the slide. That can be done with a custom Replay Slide button, second scenario explained in this blog post:

Replay (slide) Button - Captivate blog

Please don't shout, I'm just a user trying to help other users. Here is another blog post with D&D tips:

It's not a quiz, Lilybiri.

I will try the custom replay button.

The Replay slide action works fine, try it out. You can put the action on a custom 'Retry' button.
