Resize All Quiz Messages and Buttons on All Slides

Hi All,

Please can anyone tell me how to resize all the failure and success messages on all slides at once without having to do it on each slide in Captivate 8?

I've made the default captions/messages smaller in size to suit my quiz in the Masterslide view, however, it isn't being applied to the all slides as expected.I need them aligned and positioned in the same place on each slide.

Also, for some reason, the 'Next', 'Clear' and 'Submit' buttons are all over the place! So I'd also like to position them in the same place on each slide without making the changes one slide at a time.

I've got over 30 slides of questions and can start to make the changes slide by slide.

Set the position (x, y) and size (width x height properties) of the messages and buttons on one slide and then under Properties > Options use the apply to all of this type or apply to all of this style and it will set for each question slide.

Yes, would have been better. This can help you now for some objects, using the Hamburger menu. But you have to be very careful, because it could give unexpected results:

For the feedback messages this will work OK, because they have an individual style. That is mostly not the case for the buttons however. For that reason I recommanded to reset th Master slide. Some changes in the Master slide will propagate automatically, not all however. Next time, set up the Quizzing master slides before inserting the question slides.

Did you edit the master slides after inserting the quiz slides? Try the button 'Reset Master Slide'.
