Resolved: Updated to 12.5 and Can Only Create Blank Slides

Hello all,

I've had any issue after updating to Captivate 12.5, I haven't been able to add *any* blocks or features other than create a new blank slide.

Text, video, button, etc. I've gone through them all when nothing happens when I click on one to add. The only button that works is the 'add slide' which creates a new blank one. 

I also opened up some projects that I made in 12.4 and have the same issue. Restarted my laptop multiple times and nothing has worked.

I've emailed the help email for Captivate multiple times and haven't gotten a response so I wanted to post here to see if anyone has run into the same issue or had a possible solution.
