"Resource file does not exist" - imsmanifest error

Scratching my head at this one.

I'm working with a project that has 2 videos in it. Export works fine with no errors (SCORM standards and completion criteria are identical to other projects that do not encounter any errors in the LMS).

The LMS spat out the error "Resource file does not exist" for both videos, citing the imsmanifest as the file and each video's path as the missing information. Upon investigating the imsmanifest, the videos are appropriately listed according to the file structure of the SCORM package, with each title spelled verbatim.

The file size does not exceed the maximum mandated by the LMS. I am using Cornerstone.

Things I have tried:

1. Embedding the videos vs. multi-slide synchronized

2. Changing SCORM standard (just in case, I don't think this is the issue)

3. Testing the index_scorm.html file locally (this works just fine, the videos play without a hitch in IE, chrome, and firefox [all fully updated versions of each browser])

4. Changing the name of the videos in both their stored locations and the imsmanifest to a single letter. No dice.
