responsive design and text animation

Hi,

When I tried to insert text animation in a responsive design, the pull down menu is grayed out as if the feature is not available. I used it on other simple projects such as blank project.  Also, I tried cut/paste a text animation from another project and while the animation happens when I am working on the slide, when I previewed or published it, it does not work.

Is this a bug?

Text anitmation is Flash-based and will either disappear soon or (hopefully) be replaced by a HTML compatible version. It cannot be used for HTML output and responsive projects are always HTML .

You can create the animation as HTML animation in an application like Animate CC or use an animated GIF (many applications allow to create such an animation).

You can try to mimick the text animation by using some effects.
