Responsive design in Captivate 12.5

Are all projects responsive or something I need to change? One of my projects looks good while viewing the review file on my Computer, but others say they are having to scroll from side to side. Thanks!

    Consider what monitor size you have and what others may have. In your project properties you may want to switch your desktop size to the smallest dimension 1280x720. And set it to Fixed.

    By default, all projects created in Captivate 12.5 will be responsive. It's required quite a bit of a mindset shift for our learners. To change this setting, select the "Fixed" option in the project properties panel.
