Responsive design in Captivate

Hi,

I recently downloaded the trial version of Captivate after seeing that you can make responsive courses with it, but I can't seem to get what I want with it. I want the followers of the course I make to see specific designs depending on what resolution their device is on. I uploaded two pictures with what I'm trying to get and what I'm currently getting in Captivate. I'm not experienced with Captivate so I don't know if what I'm trying to get is possible at all, so I figured I'd ask it here.
