Responsive project are not displaying properly on mobile devices. Project displays only primary view. I adjusted project dimensions.

Responsive project are not displaying properly on mobile devices (via LMS ILIAS). Project displays only primary view. I adjusted project dimensions. It looks like this (picture below). As you can see I found presentations with my problems, but there are only pictures (Dr. Pooja Jaisingh, Sr. elearning evangelist at adobe systems at Adobe).

I'll be grateful for any help
