So I noticed I don't have the primary, tablet, mobile view on my responsive project. Is there any way to enable it?

You are in CP2017 where the default work flow for responsive projects is using Fluid Boxes. You are referring to the older work flow (still possible) of developing with Breakpoint views. If you want to use that work flow, go into the Project menu, and choose the option 'Switch to Breakpoint view....'

Ok I see.

Thank you! I'm not fond of the fluid boxes.

You need another mindset for Fluid Boxes. They are not suited for every type of project, but they can save you a lot of time for some projects. It needs some time to get used to them however.
