Responsive project playback problems in LMS

Hi all,

We have several responsive projects (version 9.0.2.421) that we are hosting in a D2L Community course. Our projects are playing perfectly (object and audio timing, as well as drag and drop interactions) in Captivate and as HTML5 in our browsers. However, when loaded into D2L, there are several issues, most pressing being text objects "jumping" around the screen and not appearing in the correct location, and audio and object timing being very off.

We do not have reporting enabled (the projects are content delivery only; knowledge assessment is done separately); therefore, it is not imported as a SCORM object into D2L. We did try to enable reporting and import as SCORM 1.2, but this did not affect any change, and the issues persist.

The frame rate is standard 30/sec, and the size at each breakpoint is also standard/suggested.

Is anyone familiar with issues between Captivate and D2L that can shed light on this?

Thank you,

Kelly

Yes, thank you for suggesting that; the playback is perfect in SCORM Cloud.

This means that you have to look at the LMS, talk with the IT people. The test in SCORM Cloud proves that everything is well set up in Captivate. Check if it supports JSON?

Can you  please upgrade to 9.0.2.437? There were some issues with the version you are using.
