Responsive project publishes messed up

Hi,

I am creating a responsive project in Captivate 9. I am using the standard viewport sizes.

When I publish it on my computer, the aspect ratio/screen size is fine in the browser and everything appears as it should be. There is also an imported video that plays on one screen.

However, when a colleague reviewed it in the same browser (Chrome), the screen size became very small (taking up half the screen, rather than full screen) and all of the font changed completed (from a sans-serif font to a serif font). The video would not play.

Why is this happening?!
