Restrict skip ahead after slide completes

Presenter is allowing the user to skip ahead to any slide if the user clicks the slide title in the Outline after the slide completes.  The slides are all locked and are all 'advance by user.'   The user should only be allowed to advance to next slide after the slide completes, not any other upcoming slide.  What's the solution please?
