Retaining user entered text in TEB

Question

I have created several captivate projects as 'virtual workbooks'. Within these workbooks I have activities which require an entry into TEB. I want the learners to be able to go back into the projects at a later date and see/edit the text that they had originally input. Is this possible and if so can anyone explain how to get it working? At the moment the text stays in the TEB while they are in the project but as soon as they leave and re-enter the project the boxes are cleared.

The entry in the TEB is the content of the associated user variable. All user variables are reset when you leave a project. For SWF-output there is a widget (Save and Load Data) that allows you to keep those values as cookies. If you find a programmer it can be done, but it is not available out of the box with Captivate.
