AAfter a learner has used the maximum attempts and has failed whT is the best way to let them retake the training from the beginning which would give them more chances to take the quiz from scratch again?

If a 'standalone' piece, not in an LMS, then the quiz likely resets each time it's launched, no?

If being served from the LMS, then that's something you have to set/do via the LMS. Are you setting attempt limits in the Captivate piece or in the LMS, or both?

Generally, Captivate will keep track on relaunches from the LMS. The only way to reset that data is to do it via the LMS (reset lesson, clear existing data, something like that).
