Retake Quiz Button Missing

I have intermittent issues of learners reporting that they can't view/access the Retake Quiz button as it does not appear on their screen however when I view the same published module I can see the Retake Quiz button no bother?

    Is this a normal project or a responsive project? Which version?

    If you allow both Review and Retake, I would recommend to drag the Review button under the Retake button. That will avoid the confusion by the learners.

    WIth FLuid Boxes probably. Be sure not to mess up with the quiz or score slide, they have fluid boxes built in. Have a look at:

    Do you also have a Review Quiz button on the Quiz Results slide?

    If so, I would suggest your end users might be clicking that button first and not realising that doing so means they cannot then immediately retake the quiz.
