retry message captivate 7 (I am stumped!)

I have a multiple choice questions in my quiz.  If a user answers incorrectly, I'd like for a retry message to appear and keep appearing until the user gets it correct.

No matter what I select, I do not get the Retry Message to appear.   And when the user clicks anywhere the slide advances to the next question slide.

Please help!
