Review app for Captivate 2017

I can't find the review app for Captivate 2017 - The link I am send by Captivate end up here https://elearning.adobe.com/captivate-6-review-app/ I should have been here http://www.adobe.com/go/cp10.0_reviewerapp

I tried to use the Captivate 9 app but I will not run in my Win 10 - States my Air runtime is wrong or missing - its not. I've got the latest version.
