Review comments do not appear in order in the Interactive PDF exported from Captivate CPTX file

Hi,

After publishing the cptx, and choosing the Export to PDF option, I got an interactive PDF, which is very good. This PDF now I want to use it as a shared review with my stakeholders, which I did. My stakeholders reviewed the interactive PDF, and they published their review comments. While viewing their comments, I could see that the comments do not take me to the appropriate page, instance in the PDF. The comments stay on one page / slide of interactive PDF. Ideally, a comment in the interactive PDF should take me to the slide for which the comment is logged. But it does not happen. How do I solve this problem? Your help would be appreciated.

    I have answered to this question in an old thread. An interactive pdf uses an embedded SWF file, which has not the functionality for searching you'll find in a normal pdf (digital print). If you want that functionality use the Reviewer app, which comes with Captivate. It is an AIR application that has to be installed by the Reviewers, has a lot of functionality concerning the posted comments.
