Review Link Not Working

I am on the 12.6 version of Captivate. In the last two weeks, I am unable to view anyone's CP  project review link sent to me or any CP review links I create.  The page either gets stuck at 90% or it gets past the project loading and then the page continues to spin.  I have restarted the program many times and restarted my computer with no luck.  This is frustrating as I then cannot view the comments left for me in the reviews.  Has anyone experienced this?

    I am now running into a similar issue where the review links to multiple courses are loading up to 99% and getting stuck, or I can view the comments, but the content associated with the comments does not load, nor does it jump to the slide associated with the comment when clicked

    Unmapped comments is shown with the comments underneath, almost as if the content doesn't exist, but the comments assocaited with them still do

    We have also noticed this issue in my office, and I've noticed that it is common among files that were originally authored in a previous version of Captivate (such as 12.5), then updated to 12.6 after upgrading the local computer. Files that were authored in 12.6 are behaving as expected with regards to creating review links and publishing.
