What is the current procedure for publishing and reviewing Captivate modules with stakeholders?

Lots of developers do reviews like Lilybiri suggested (I still do on some occasions) and is probably how most folks do their reviws to this day. However there are some very nice tools on the market today that offer great ways to review projects with stakeholders such as the following: Review My eLearning, ZipBoard, eBridge, ReviewLink just to name a few.

We have tested and used Review My eLearning and ZipBoard - both are nice systems that allow for great group collaborative reviewing and tracking of issues.  For our video production work, we use Kolloborte to conduct our review work.

There is a Reviewer, an AIR application (based on Flash technology) which needs to be installed on the reviewer's system and that is often a problem.

My approach is to publish the course to HTML, upload it to a webserver and send the URL to the stakeholders. They open it like any website.  If you need to publish a SCO, you'll need to upload to a LMS.
