Rewinding a slide

Hi All

Is it possible to "rewind" a slide in Captivate?

I mean how can we tell to go and play the same slide you are in from the begining?

The Jump to Slide command does not allow to specify the same slide you are in.

Much appreciated.

thanks, yes I thought so too.

Shame they did not add this fucntionality in Cp4, it would avoid having dummy slides and the invitable although small delay.

Hi there

The way we have always done it in the past is to create a very brief slide immediately before the slide you wish to replay. Then jump to that slide.

I'm not sure but there might be a way to achieve your goal using the new scripting capabilities of Captivate 4. I'm not fluent in it quite yet but perhaps another here can offer help or say whether it may be done.

I'm pretty sure that the only way to do it in Captivate is the way Rick described. I haven't seen any new features in CP4, which allows you to rewind a slide.
