Question

Right click not working when publishing to server - using HTML option

Hello,

I know this topic has been discussed previously but I couldn't find the answer I was looking for (or at least not that I could understand)...  When previewing simulations on my hard drive, the right-click functionality works fine; when publishing to a server, the righ-click functionality does not work and the message "Error on page" is displayed.

The detailed error report is as follows:

Line:  82

Char:  3

Error:  Object doesn't support this property or method

Code:  0

URL:  (lists URL of server)

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks,

CR

    Hello,

When publishing, in the Publish settings, did you de-activate 'Enable accessibility'? And did you start the movie from the HTML-file (with the JS present)?

    Hi Lilybiri,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

Yes, 'Enable Accessability' has been de-activated (checkbox de-selected) and I have been starting the movies with the HTML file.  How can I tell if the JS is present (or is that automatic when starting with HTML)?

    Hello,

When publishing with HTML, you 'll get the SWF, a HTML-file and a JS-file (needed for the interactions). If you zip the same three files will be in the zipped file.
