Right side and bottom, cutting off with Captivate 10.nd our systems are set up with the same settings.

My work team has Captivate 10 and on 2 of ours the right and bottom edges of the software screen/application are cut off in the captivate software simulation slides. Not everyone on the team is having the issue and our systems are set up with the same settings. Have used captivate 9 on my computer and have never had this issue when using it. The read box to determine what is being capture is show the full area, but not getting the full area in return.
