Rollover Caption Issue

I inserted a rollover caption where if you hover of the rollover area the "training scenario" will appear.  I added this to every slide as a reference and the rollover caption is not mandatory.  However, when I play the training the rollover caption pops up at the end of every slide, regardless if I hover over the rollover area.  Is there a way to turn this function off?

It's okay if the end user doesn't see the scenario throughout the training; its optional.  I would appreciate any help you can offer.

Thanks!

In Captivate 5, I would suggest inserting a Rollover Caption in the first slide you need it, and select Timing > Display for > Rest of Project. This will display the Rollover Caption in the rest of the project, and allow you to mange 1 caption, rather than a caption on every slide (making edits much more manageable).

I'm guessing you might have your timing set to Specific Time.

This works well also because on each slide, the user can mouse over the Rollover Area, and the scenario will display. Move the mouse away, and it disappears (so it's visible as needed by the user).

Thanks for the quick response!   I really like the idea of adding the rollover caption to the whole project.  Quick questions - is there a way to apply an object to the rest of the project except for a few slides? i.e. if I wanted to have an conclusion slide and I didn't want the rollover caption there.

I realized what I was doing wrong; I had it set up for the user to press "Tab" to advance to the next slide and when you press "Tab" it toggles to the next object which happened to the the rollover and opened the caption.
