rollover slidelet is glitchy...big time!

I'm using Captivate 5 and I have inserted many rollovers in order to

offer specific information relating to various pieces of our product...no more than four per slide though.

Alot of them are glitchy- you roll over them and the cursor hand acts as though it is trying to open the slidelet over and over, but the slidelet never actually appears. On some of them I can continue to roll over the rollover area and I may hit a "sweet spot" and it will open, but then some of them apparently don't have a "sweet spot"! I'm not sure what to do? I have published as html as well as pdf with all sorts of publishing settings, with no luck. Has anyone else seen this issue before? Any thoughts?

Hi, I was having the exact same issue when using a rollover slidelet with text animation. With the mouse over the rollover area, the slidelet repeatedly opens, then stops and re-starts after about half a second.  There was a "sweet spot" in the middle of the rollover area where it ran as it should.

It turned out that it was because the slidelet overlapped very slightly with the rollover area - moving it slightly away resolved the issue.

It would be pretty helpful if the slidelet and the rollover could overlap though - I'd probably use that more often than not.

Perhaps the rollover area is covering up the rollover slidelet physically? That causes issues,

Yep, that's what I would have thought too.

Please do take a moment and complete a Bug Report. In my own humble opinion, these should work if overlapped because the Rollover Image and Rollover Captions work without issue.

    Cheers... Rick
