a video that I load an empty project with the same settings it does with the template interactive project

rtmp is a protocol, but captivate permit configure this protocol. i configured a video streaming and work but if i configured this video in a interactive project don't work the same configuration. i don't undestand only change the project template.

Yes RTMP is a protocol, but if you're using it in a link to a video, that implies that you must be using a web server that is configured for streaming videos.

If your videos are not coming from that web server, just tacking RTMP on the beginning of the link is not going to be much help you.

the videos from amazon logically am serving a streaming video server under that protocol

To answer the question, RTMP is a video delivery format. Aside from the pause/play button there is no way to offer interactivity to the end user with a video format.
