Saba 7 not showing Completed status with Captivate 6, 8, 9

Hi All,

Facing an issue in Saba 7. The Captivate build courses are not getting Completed in Saba main page. I have tested with Captivate 6, 8 and 9 - it's the same everywhere. Saba 7 not showing 'Completed' status (Completion Status column beside the Launch button) with courses build in Captivate - it remains 'Not Evaluated'.

Though 'more actions' and then 'View Results by Lesson' shows that the status is 'Completed' with Total attempts and Last Accessed.

This means though the course gets completed, it's not rolling up the status.

No quiz, no score - just 5 pages and course should be completed when 2 slides are visited. I have used the below settings:

    

Anything wrong? Any patch/code/settings need to be introduced?

If this is not fixed, then we will not be able to develop any courses in Captivate-Saba7 combination.

That's good to hear.  However, for the benefit of anyone stumbling across this thread looking for the answer to the same question, could you please outline quickly what you found to be the solution?

    Can you try it out on SCORM Cloud? It is just to verify if the SCORM settings give the expected result in that standard LMS.

    I have tested Captivate 6 version in Scorm cloud, there it is running fine with no issues.
