Saba and Captivate 7 screen problems.

We load our Captivate 7 courses onto ScormCloud as a test and they work perfectly. When we load the courses onto the Saba LMS, the right side of the screens loses about 10-15 pixels. The course resolutions are standard. Any thoughts on how to correct? Thanks.

    Hi there

    I'm not sure what you mean when you say "the course resolutions are standard", as there is no "standard" course resolution.

    As I understand it, some (possibly many?) LMS' will actually impose a restriction on the resolution of the content it serves. It's possible that you have created content in Captivate that is wider than what your LMS may be imposing. But all we can do here is guess, without knowing and seeing more.

    By standard I was stating a 1024 x 627, 1024 x768 and a 960 x 720. The problem is within the Saba delivery only since viewing it on an iPad via ScormCloud looks good. Thanks.
