saving information to appear from slide to slide

Is it possible for captivate 5.5 to save entries made on a quiz question (short answer) and have what they have written appear in the next slide as well ???  If it was possible, I would just have several short answer windows in the one slide so they could see all that they have written. Any ideas out there?

Hello Jeff,

Do you need really a short answer question (for reporting perhaps)? I would prefer to create my own question slide, using either a Text Entry Box (that has an associated variable) or the TextArea widget (perhaps the enhanced one) that has also an associated variable. This variable will store the answer given, and you can display it in any Text Caption on inserting this variable.

I do not know if you are acquainted with widgets, variables and advanced actions. Perhaps these blog posts could help:
