Score doesn't update LMS after course is 'passed'

Hi Guys,

This is a tricky one.

Our courses are being loaded to the Inquisiq LMS and all works fine from here. The problem is if we set a course to say a pass of 60% and go ahead and fail the course with a mark of say 40% we get the score reported correctly and the status failed reported correctly. If we go in again and now pass the course with a mark of say 70% all reporting in the LMS is correct. That is score reported in LMS as 70% and passed. Now here is the issue that is cause my client great concern.

If I now go back in an pass the course again with a mark of say 100% the LMS does not get updated to 100%. The score stays at the LAST passed score – in this example here it would be 70%.

I was sure this was an issue with the LMS as I cant see how CP would not just send all the correct SCORM data to the LMS for interpreting but Inquisiq has suggested its Captivates fault and the client has asked me to resolve.

Conversly, if I went and failed the course after failing it would remain as a passed status.

Any ideas?

I've been to Scorm Cloud as as far I can tell its working as expected. The scorm content clearly has the correct information in it and updates the scorm cloud LMS. As I suspected it probably more due to the Inquisiq LMS. Still, any suggestions would be useful.
