Score not reporting correctly in LMS

When my users fail a quiz, retake it, and pass it with a score of 100%, the LMS is reporting that they passed the course, but reports the score as 80% rather than 100.  I have "SendTracking Data at End" selected in Quiz/Reporting. Would appreciate the community's thoughts on how to correct this.

    Does this module have a Quiz Results slide?  Can you confirm that the results slide reports 100% score on the final attempt?

    If so, and the LMS is reporting a lower score than the hightest one, I would check the configuration of this course in the LMS settings.  It may be set up to report the average of all attempts rather than the highest attempt.
