Score not reporting correctly on LMS

I'm in the process of updating our courses and adding quizzes.

Most of my courses have a 5 question check point at the end. When testing them, if I score 100% on the quiz, the quiz review slide indicates 100%, however the LMS is reporting 80%.

Thoughts?

Is this score slide the last slide? Try adding another slide, to be sure all scores are reported to the LMS.

Could you try it out on SCORM Cloud? And check the Advanced Interaction view (F9): are the quiz slides the only scored objects?
