Score Recording Problem with Adobe Captivate Projects on Skillport LMS

Hello,

I have published many online training edited with Adobe Captivate (versions 6 and 7) on Skillport LMS. For a reason that I don’t know, it happens that the score is not recorded correctly in the LMS. Some learners who claim to have successfully completed their training, have a score of zero (0) and an In Progress status in the Skillport reports.

All Captivate projects are published with the following parameters:

SCORM 1.2

Template: Default

If Falling Grade: Infinite Attempts

Does anyone have an idea of the possible cause of the issue?

Thank you.

Is the score slide the last slide in the project? If yes, try to insert another End slide after that slide, maybe the score didn't transfer for bandwidth reasons, or the user didn't use the Continue button on the score slide but closed the session.

In most Captivate projects we have developed and published on Skillport, there are already two slides after the Quiz Results page. However, it’s possible that when learners complete the test and they reach the Quiz Results page, some of them click on the Close Window button, not on the Continue button.
