SCORM 1.2 Bookmarking issue with Captivate 9

We have issues with bookmarking after user logs off and exits the browser and re-launches the course in new browser session.

User logs into our LMS and launches a Captivate 9 HTML5 course for the 1st time and watches 10 pages. User then logs out, and closed the browser, bookmark prompt is not shown when course is re-launched.

Can you check the Advanced setting under Reporting.

The option Never Send Resume Data has to be unchecked.

Thanks Lilybiri for your response.

We have Content slides and Assessment section in the course. The problem we are facing: A user exits the course from the LMS by closing the browser.  When user returns to the course, via a new browser session, the bookmark is not shown and the course launches from the course start page.

You have Never Send Resume Data checked in the LMS Advanced Settings dialog.  That turns OFF resume data bookmarking. 

You need to UNcheck that option and republish.
