SCORM and Demos

I just started using an LMS and when we publish our modules as scorm sometimes our demos play and sometimes they do not. When they don't they are just a white screen. All the settings for the demos are the same and the publishing options are the same too.

Please provide a bit more clarity. You are uploading the published ZIP file to your LMS and then launching? Are you saying that sometimes you launch and it's a white screen; then you close and relaunch and it works? Or are you saying that you have to republish from Captivate and then it works?

Hi Andrew. So we have one zip where the demos will not play at all. Nothing we do seems to make them work. Then we have been creating other ones to see if we can replicate it but they all work and play when we upload the zip. Even older demos are working. So there doesnt seem to be consistenty.
