Scorm Error 107

When i test my scorm to the scorm cloud. I get a error 107 which is a time stamp error. Anyone ever dealt with this before? When i research the error all i can find is that the servers time is off. This hasn't been tested on my LMS yet just in the scorm cloud. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
